Golf Cannes Mougins

Originally designed by Harry Colt, the prodigious creator of iconic courses such as Royal Lytham & St Anne''s, Royal Portrush, Sunningdale and Wentworth, the par 72 and 6,200 meter course was remodeled in the 1970s by Peter Allis and Dave Thomas. More recently, the greens, bunkers, and forest park have been revisited by Mackenzie and Ebert, renowned architects specializing in the renovation of Colt tracks.

Certainly, there are golf courses that have a soul. Well known for the quality of its maintenance and ranked among the 10 best golf courses in France, the 6,200-meter course is nestled in the heart of the Valmasque forest in a wooded and protected environment, which gives it its unique character on the Côte Azure. The course is superbly hilly and crossed by a river and numerous water obstacles. The greens, which are particularly well protected, are renowned for their complexity and speed.
