Katinkulta Golf Club

Katinkulta''s original field was opened in 1990. European, PM, SM and FGT competitions have been held on this field. The renovated field was designed by Jari Koivusalo and has some of the original holes designed by Jan Sederholm.

The tour starts in front of Katinkulta Golf Club and immediately heads straight towards the stunning scenery of Lake Nuasjärvi. The third moves to play amidst stunning pine trees and heather canvases. The new sevens head towards the shore of the Tenetinvirta, with Naapurivaara in the background. After the first nine holes, small snacks and suitable drinks await players in Halfway Krouv.

The beginning of Takays consists of spacious fairways in varying landscapes. Extensive grassland, sand dunes and wetlands create challenges for route and direction choices. Hole 12 ends at the shore green, which offers magnificent views of Naapurinvaara, Halolankallio and Nahkasaari.

The 17th hole (par 5) allows the long-range player to play over the water and reach the putting green with two strokes. The 18th hole coming to the clubhouse provides a spectacular end to the tour.
