Two Exceptional Public Golf Courses In Puerto Vallarta- Opened in April 2001, the first course at Vista Vallarta is a signature design by Jack Nicklaus. Since this course is located on the property’s highest elevation, golfers are treated not only to world-class golf, but will enjoy breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta, the Marina and Banderas Bay as well.

The second course on the property is a signature design by Tom Weiskopf, which opened November 1, 2001. The Weiskopf Course provides Vista Vallarta with a dramatic contrast from its first course. Built on the property’s lower west end, golfers won''t believe they have simply taken a different turn from the clubhouse because the terrain includes dense jungles, deep ravines and swift creeks.

Also, in recognition for outstanding design, the editors of Golf Digest Magazine, and its national panel of course raters, named the Nicklaus Course number 79 among the 100 Best Golf Courses Outside the United States.
