Born in Venice in 1940, graduated at the University of Venezia with a degree in architecture in 1965, he started golf course design collaborating with the English architect John D. Harris from 1967 until his death.

With Harris he has worked on the golf course projects and construction of Albarella (Venezia), Le Fronde (Torino) and Udine.

During his career he has also cooperated with Pete Dye at Franciacorta and the European Golf Design on the construction of Asolo Golf on the initiative of Benetton family.

He has realized various golf courses in almost all Italy's regions and in Slovenia.

He has been very lucky to have had the opportunity to insert his courses in important historic parks like Frassanelle (Padova), Castel d'Aviano (Pordenone), Ca' Amata (Castelfranco).

He has also restyled some of the most important Italian courses, making them ready for many competitions.

Laterly he worked on the realization of several projects, Jesolo (Venezia), Metaponto (Matera), Napoli, Fiera di Primiero (Trento), Lubiana and Portoroz in Slovenia.
