Ohoopee Match Club

The Ohoopee Match Club is located in rural Cobbtown, Georgia, and situated on an old onion farm. It’s a new private golf club devoted to match play competition with a course built by renowned course designer, Gil Hanse. It is carved out of the natural landscape of the Ohoopee Dunes System.

The property includes a clubhouse, a lodge, and golf operations and maintenance facility. The design for the clubhouse has taken its inspiration from the agricultural buildings of Tattnall County, with reclaimed exterior materials that blend with the simple aesthetic of the surrounding farms. Our interior design reflects natural and simple architectural elements and the use of reclaimed details preserves the naturalistic philosophy of the development. While the golf course and a portion of the lodge recently opened, the first phase is set to be completed in fall 2018, with additional lodges to be completed in the future.
